Development of an Epigenomic Analysis Method for Minor Cell Populations in Tissue

  • Combining a statistical model that evaluates the mobility of molecules, we have established a new analysis technology that can analyze the epigenomic information of an entire tissue, including minority cells buried in majority cells, such as stem cells.
  • Highly sensitive and accurate epigenomic information can be obtained from a single thin tissue section of 3 mm x 3 mm x 10 μm.
  • This method reduces cell loss and stresses on cells less than conventional methods.
